If you subscribed through a mobile operator, we do not have direct access to that account; if a refund is approved, you may need to provide alternate payment details to receive it.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

• If you subscribed via your Mobile Phone Carrier, follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in your welcome or confirmation message (for example, replying STOP to the SMS you received), or manage your subscription through your Mobile Phone Carrier’s account portal.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

• You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
