Refund Policy

If you were charged for the MobioVR service within 60 days of subscribing, you have the right to withdraw, without needing to provide a reason and without penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify our customer care of your decision through a clear, written statement.

  • Please include the following in your request:
  • Your full name, mobile number and email address;
  • The name of the service you subscribed to (MobioVR);
  • The mobile operator you were billed through.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment by email once we receive your withdrawal request.
  • If eligible for a refund, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than fourteen days after the date we receive your request.
